Terms of Service
These terms apply when your business signs up for or uses our service for store billing, production planning, recipes and bills of materials, stock, purchase, AI planning, and accounts and GST data. By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of your business.
1.Your account
You must give accurate details at signup and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for the people you give access to, including counter staff, production staff and your accountant, and for the roles you assign them.
2.Free trial
The free trial runs for 30 days and covers one factory or kitchen and up to three outlets. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan. If you do not, the account is paused and your data is kept for a notice period so you can export it.
3.Plans and fees
Paid plans are charged each month per factory and per outlet, at the prices shown on the Plans page when you subscribe. Taxes are added where applicable. Changes in the number of factories or outlets apply from the next billing month. We will give notice before any price change applies to your account.
4.Your data
The data you enter, including items, recipes, stock, bills, suppliers, customers and accounts, belongs to your business. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You can export it at any time.
5.AI suggestions
The AI Make-or-Sell Planner gives suggestions with reasons. It does not start production, move stock or place purchase orders on its own. Every plan and purchase must be approved by a person in your business, and those decisions remain yours. Suggestions are based on the data you enter, so they are only as accurate as that data.
6.GST, accounts and compliance
The service prepares accounting records, GST returns data, e-invoice data and e-way bill data. Filing returns and meeting tax and legal obligations remain the responsibility of your business and your chartered accountant. Food businesses remain responsible for food safety, licensing and labelling; the service keeps batch and expiry records to support this.
7.Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful billing, false invoices or to evade tax.
- Do not try to access other businesses' data or break the security of the service.
- Collect customer phone numbers only with consent.
8.Availability and offline billing
We work to keep the service available at all times and announce planned maintenance in advance. The Store POS can continue billing offline; offline bills sync when the connection returns. You are responsible for counter devices, printers, scales and internet connections at your locations.
9.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, unsold stock or wastage arising from use of the service or from decisions made using its suggestions. Our total liability in any month is limited to the fees paid for that month.
10.Ending the service
You can cancel at any time and the service ends at the close of the current billing month. We may suspend an account for non-payment or misuse after giving notice. In both cases you can export your data during the notice period.
11.Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell account holders by email or inside the service before the change applies.
